This term is applied when a muscle is used to read the body's responses. It can be any muscle in the body and its associated meridian is not important in this context.

Muscle Test back to top

This technique is used in Kinesiology to test the state of a person's body or mind. It gives an indication as to whether the energy going through the muscle is switched on or switched off.

Neuro-Lymphatic point back to top

This is a correction point in Kinesiology where the point is massaged to stimulate the Lymphatic system around a particular part of the body. 

Neuro-Vascular point back to top

This is a correction point in Kinesiology where you gently touch the point with your fingertips to stimulate vascular flow to a particular point in the body.

This means that there is too much energy in an area in the body (this energy can make the body very tired)

Pre-tests back to top

Before any balance there are a few pre-tests taken, to see if the body is ready to have a Kinesiology Balance. These tests involve some eye and head turns and also checking to see if the body has enough water.

Stress Release points back to top

Specific Neuro-Vascular Points, which are located on the forehead. They help stimulate blood flow to the frontal part of the brain, to help the brain think calmly, and clearly.
